Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the services provided by Loparata ("the Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payments

All tour bookings are subject to availability. A deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking, with the full balance due 30 days prior to the event or tour start date.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations 60 days before: Full refund minus administration fees.
• Cancellations 30-59 days before: 50% refund.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before: No refund.

4. Conduct in Gardens

Loparata operates primarily in sensitive ecological sites and private estates. Clients must adhere to all local regulations, stay on designated paths, and refrain from picking or damaging any botanical specimens.

5. Liability

The Company shall not be held liable for personal injury or loss of property during tours, except where caused by gross negligence. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London.
